HOW WE WATCH OVER YOUR HOME
HOME WATCH VISIT
During each scheduled visit, Guard Dog performs a visual, non-invasive check of the home or property looking for obvious irregularities in readily accessible interior and exterior areas. We look for signs of leaks, water damage, pests, storm damage, and visible signs of possible access issues, checking the doors and windows. We also observe agreed upon thermostat, plumbing, and equipment indicators. Any unusual conditions are documented and reported.
DETAILED HOME WATCH REPORTS
Stay connected to your home wherever you are. After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed report documenting the areas checked, our observations, and any concerns discovered. Relevant photographs are included, and you’ll be promptly notified of conditions that may require your attention so you can direct the appropriate next steps to be taken.
ADD-ON CONCIERGE SERVICES
Need a little extra help while you’re away? Let us help you with optional concierge services at an additional charge. Concierge services can include but are not limited to collecting the mail/packages and forwarding them to you when requested, coordinating access for approved service providers, key holder services, watering plants, vehicle start/drive service & other agreed upon services. These tasks will be customized to your needs and confirmed in your written service agreement.
Stay Informed While You’re Away
During scheduled Home Watch visits, we visually check for obvious issues and send you a report of our observations. If we notice something unusual, we’ll let you know so you can decide what steps to take.
